A naturally processed coffee of mixed varieties, this coffee has screamed quality from the moment we got samples.
Classic style, smooth, sweet with a stunning flavour profile reminding us of butterscotch and caramel, with a stunning orange citric acidity.
FANTASTIC for anyone making milk drinks, but holds its own with any brew method.
Another cracker sourced from Lucas at VIVA Coffee, through the Neighbours and Friends project, in South Minas Gerais and High Mongiana.
From a roasters point of view I’m thrilled with this coffee. Its fantastic to be able to bring out a coffee that appeals to cafes for on bar, that appeals to literally everyone, but that still has interesting and complex elements that just make it stand out from other coffees in this range.
Will be slinging this one in cafes at every opportunity, we hope you enjoy it too.
